Every effort is made to give the client the BEST outcome on this first appointment. A color correction is a specialty service and therefore is treated as a one time appointment. If subsequent appointments are made for additional work then they will be subject to additional service fees per appointment. 

PLEASE NOTE: It is highly recommended that EACH client remove their shirt and put on a smock. This way Jax Manes Hair Co. can guarantee that there will not be any clothing damage. Jax Manes Hair Co. will not be held responsible for clothing damage if client did not remove shirt. 

*Please note: Jax Manes Hair Co. strives for nothing less than perfection. I highly recommend booking extension installs and color appointments on a day when you have no time restrictions to avoid stress. Please remember that achieving great hair also means having healthy hair. Achieving your dream hair may take several appointments. 

*As a part of your initial consultation, I may ask that you send current pictures of your hair color and goal photos of what you would like to achieve. Try looking online or on instagram of photos that represent the tones, fullness, and overall look you are attracted to. Keep in mind that lighting can be manipulated in photos so please have as many Inspo pictures as you would like and understand the same color will look very different in certain lighting. I always strive to achieve your color goals in the most natural light as possible. *Virgin hair, previously colored-treated hair and especially “box-colored hair” all react differently. Appointment time & amount budgeted for the service are a factor to keep in mind. Please understand having great hair can take time depending on where you are starting from. Immediate one day transformations are difficult and take a lot of time, experience, and product. Depending on the health and color of current hair sometimes they may not even be possible until a future date when hair has had time to recover.  

*If client is getting any type of extension please be aware that proper aftercare in crucial in preventing tension and pulling at contact points which in turn may cause minimal breakage at the contact points. The client is sent home with thorough aftercare instructions to maintain a healthy scalp and hair throughout the wear of the extensions. Please remember that adding anything to your hair may take a week of two to adjust. Jax Manes Hair Co. uses only ethical, high ends extension company brands that are minimally and/or go through a long healthy processing system when manufactured, with the cuticle in tact and one direction and only single or double drawn. The brand will depend on the type of weft needed for the install and clients specific needs. If any questions please ask for more details. 

*Refund Policy: Jax Manes Hair Co. does not issue refunds. At the same time, Jax Manes Hair Co. strives for 100% satisfaction with each client. If there is a problem with the color or cut, the policy is to notify me within 7 days of the appointment and I will book a follow up to fix the complaint it at no charge. If the client wants additional services that weren’t discussed in the follow up appointment consultation, then this would be an additional appointment and may come with an additional fee.
